About Sophie

I have a lot of experience caring for a wide variety of children. In high school I had about five families that I would frequently babysit. Also in high school, I was a nanny for two summers to a family with 5 children. During this summer, I was frequently in charge of the four oldest children (aged between 4-10) and sometimes would be in charge of all 5 at once. I completed activities such as meal preparation, summer schoolwork assistance, management of the children's various activities, and other activities to engage the children. Managing this many children and activities has allowed me to develop skills in conflict management and time management. Since beginning college, I frequently babysit for two children, who are now almost 5 and 3, but have cared for both children throughout their lives. I am a Ski Patroller, have my CNA, am CPR certified, and am applying to medical school this May. I also enjoy skiing, crocheting, reading, and scuba diving.
