About Sophie

I am originally from Washington State, I spent my earlier education in a Spanish Immersion Program, graduating from High School with my Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish and a love for the language and culture as well. I have worked as a babysitter, nanny, and tutor to children ages ranging from 3 months to 15 years old, as well as children with learning disabilities such as ADHD and Down Syndrome. My responsibilities as a babysitter include productively managing the needs and environment of the children I care for alongside teaching and conversing in Spanish with some, and taking time to provide understanding and patient care to families. I often perform many housekeeping duties alongside the care I provide, preparing and serving meals, as well as facilitating creative and playful activities.
