About Sophie

I've babysat since I'm 12, grew up helping with my siblings and I'm honestly always happiest hanging out with kids. My entire time at music school I babysat and tutored children in NYC and the Hamptons. Thanks to working with several families I have acquired extensive childcare experience with wonderful children and their parents. I'm fortunate to say that children connect with me effortlessly. I also ensure establishing a rapport of trust and good communication with the parents. I take great pride at the balance between being fun and engaging as a friend to the child as well as keeping up my responsibility and authority as a child care provider. Being a vocalist, I also teach give voice and music lessons to Young children. Excellent reference available upon request. I have developed a playful and physical curriculum for kids to stay engaged.
