About Sophia

Hi! My name is Sophia and I'm currently a student at Sierra College, working towards a career in corporate architecture. I grew up in Ventura CA but was born in Auburn, and have been visiting family in Auburn throughout my life. I moved up here at the end of 2023. I grew up the eldest of three with a single mom, and during my adolescence I was helping raise my sisters. My "parental" duties went from changing diapers, and making bottles, to helping with homework and rides to school. In recent years I was driving to and from school drop-offs, facilitating slumber parties and playdates, and making meals. All while helping, I was going to school, working, traveling, and Rowing Crew at a local club. My sisters are now independent and have a more stable living environment, so I have the time to refocus on my academics and hobbies. Four Personal Facts - I love all furry companions (reptiles are a hard no) - I run distance - I've been a vegetarian for 6 years - Rower/Coxswain in MS/HS
