Hi, I recently moved to Arizona from California for my doctoral psychology internship. I have worked as a behavioral therapist to help families with kids with especial needs at schools, homes and communities. Of course in order to get this job I had to pass several background checks in addition to 2 weeks of ABA training. I loved my job, it was very rewarding. I get to hang out with kids all day, teaching, eliminating their unwanted behaviors, reinforcing the good behaviors and play games with them. I currently work as a therapist in an inpatient unit. I have realized having a second job is necessary and what's a better job than babysitting that I have experience in.
