About Sophia

Hi, I'm Sophia! My passion is people and children, and I've spent 4 years living abroad and working as a teacher. My friends and students would describe me as sweet, easy-going, and with a bubbly personality. I enjoy conversing with people of all ages, children and seniors alike. I nannied for a family for 2 years in college (6-year-old girl, 10-year-old boy, 16-year-old girl) while attending the University of Miami, and have taught English to 10-14 years olds. In addition, I have experience volunteering with hospice, and visiting the elderly during their end of life care. I also have experience caring for special needs children with varying degrees of ability. One girl being deaf and another a primordial dwarf. I'm able to provide a reference upon request. I'm also fluent in Spanish, and would be open and excited to converse in Spanish. Please don't hesitate to ask any additional questions.
