Sophie completely wasted our time and stopped responding to us after calling out for 4 shifts in a row. She claimed to be sick on Thursday, was still sick Monday- Wednesday (she claimed with strep throat) and then ultimately stopped responding to us completely by Thursday. As a full-time working Mom, with a full-time working husband, we were clear on our needs and had her train for 3 days, which she was compensated for. To be left now, without care for our children is annoying but the lack of professionalism to just not give us a head's up is more disappointing than anything. Beware if you are looking for reliability, communication or over all common decency for your family.
