I have 6 years of experience. Most recently I was a pre-school teacher leading a group of 20 students ranging in ages 3-5. This experience has expanded my knowledge of how to talk to children, how to be their biggest cheerleader, and most of all, how to meet them on the level they're at each day. Sophia no showed our confirmed babysitting appointment, zero heads up nor any communication about it at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
