About Sophia

I've been caring for children for as long as I can remember! As the oldest of five younger siblings, with my youngest brother 11 years younger than me, childcare has become second nature. Outside of my family, I've babysat since I was a preteen for neighbors, family friends, and local families, gaining experience with children from newborns to teenagers. While earning my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota, I became a regular babysitter for several families. Most notably, I cared for one wonderful family with two children (now 5 and 2) from 2023 until I graduated and moved to New Jersey in February 2026. References available upon request. I love building lasting relationships with families and helping with all the building blocked that support children and the home-- fun activities , morning and bedtime routines, meal prep, laundry, house keeping, transportation etc.
