About Sophia

Hello! I'm so excited to meet you! Here is a bit about me; working with children helps me to connect with the inner child within me. they are wise, intuitive, playful, and healing. Not only does working with kids enhance my maternal qualities, but I also find myself learning a great deal from interacting with them. I'm looking to have fun with children, encourage their interests, support their well being, and create a positive space. I started working with kids when I was around 13. I was the leader in my large family, always eager to watch my little cousins when the adults were out of the house. I have many hobbies such as theatre, writing, horseback riding, cooking, and baking. I treat other families children like I would my younger brother- with love, care, and affection. As a child and adolescent mental health minor, I am proficient and attuned to children's various needs. With my knowledge, I can establish the a level of trust as a sitter while also reporting back to the parents.
