About Sophia

Hi my names Sophia (24 y/o) and I am excited to work with you and your kids. I used to work as a civil engineer but recently changed careers to find something where I can feel like I'm truly helping others. I currently work as a CNA in Stroudsburg, PA but I am moving back to the NoVa area to be closer to my parents and younger sister. My little sister was born on my 10th birthday (my best birthday present!) and I grew up watching her and her friends. During COVID I organized a field day for them when schools were closed. While in Stroudsburg I also babysat for a 2-year-old before receiving my CNA license. I was responsible for watching her during the day. I like working with kids because they bring a lightheartedness and joy to every day. I love seeing them grow into their own and develop their personalities every day. I value the happiness of your family and will work to ensure both you and your needs are being met. I want to be a part of them having fun, learning, and developing.
