About Sophia

Hello! I am currently studying nursing at college with plans to become a certified pediatric nurse practitioner. I have always had a love for spending time with and caring for children as I come from a big family surrounded by children. Growing up I always took joy in caring for my younger siblings and extended family. I have much experience with babysitting as I took many jobs throughout my high school career. I have taken multiple courses throughout school regarding child development and childcare. My senior year I was a part of a program within my high school that provided care for preschool level children through creating and teaching lesson plans and fun activities for the children. I spent four days a week with the children and grew to become very close to them. This program solidified my passion I have for supporting and tending to the needs of children! I pride myself in having great communication and organization skills as well as being punctual and dedicated!
