Hi, I'm Sophia! I'm a compassionate, dependable caregiver who genuinely enjoys helping others feel safe, comfortable, respected, and valued. I have years of experience caring for older adults, including individuals living with dementia, and providing both personal care and companionship. I can assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, mobility, light housekeeping, errands, appointments, medication reminders, and engaging activities. I believe in supporting independence rather than taking over, while always keeping safety in mind. I'm patient, attentive, easygoing, and love getting to know the person behind the care plan their routines, interests, favorite foods, stories, and personality. I'm CPR/First Aid certified with additional training in Alzheimer's & dementia care and direct care. My goal is simple: to provide dependable, compassionate care while treating every person with the dignity and respect I'd want for my own family.
