About Sophia

Hi! My name is Sophia, and I am a student at Wesleyan University. I have been working in childcare for the past two years, as a daycare teacher for children ages 0-6. Currently, I work with UCLA KidsConnect, a clinical program designed to support young children on the autism spectrum through structured activities, learning, and play. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. While I have the most experience working with toddlers, I am comfortable caring for children of all ages. I enjoy reading, art, dancing, music, and engaging in creative activities that can be adapted to each child's interests. I have my own car and can assist with family errands, transportation, and light household support. Additionally, I have experience as a tutor and am happy to offer academic support when needed. I am available to provide part-time care and would love the opportunity to support and get to know your family!
