My name is Sonya, I'm currently a student at North Seattle College working towards an AS in Biology, as well as an employed Assistant Teacher. After 5-6 years of family based experience helping raise my younger brother, I decided to further my knowledge in Early Childhood Education and really discovered my passion for working with children during my 12-week training program at Tomorrow's Hope where I now work (a highly respected Daycare in Everett) . During this program I received a certification in Early Childhood Development and gained a certificate in CPR/First Aid & AED for Adults & Infants. I'm really looking forward to applying all of these skills and my knowledge of child-led learning to provide a developmentally age-appropriate and engaging experience for your family!
