I grew up with 10 dogs and dozens of cats, so pets have always been a huge part of my life. I'm skilled in caring for multiple high-maintenance pets at once. I'm patient, adaptable, and calm. When I lost my sweet beagle Bella after 13 wonderful years, I had a heart full of puppy love but nowhere to put it. Every time I take care of someone else's pets, I give them the head pats and belly rubs that Bella says to give them. I started pet-sitting professionally around 2018, which puts me at about 6 years of experience. I'm an avid reader, fiction writer, and watcher of the Great British Bake-Off. My clients know that I'm calm around skittish and jumpy animals, patient with the mess that comes with puppies and kittens, and happy to help older animals take their meds and be as comfy as possible. 1) Taking care of a house with 5+ pets. 2) Calming anxious or jumpy animals. 3) Managing food, walking, and medication schedules for multiple pets with differing needs.
