She is the most reliable, trustworthy, and caring caregiver. She took care of my son since he was 2.5 months. She truly enjoys being with children and goes above and beyond to nurture them. She read to him daily and taught him new vocabulary, complementing the learning activities my husband and I usually had with him. She is very attentive to detail and super communicative. She would inform me of anything she noticed out of the normal (e.g., a slight fever) and she gave us enough notice when she needed to take a day off or come later than her usual start time. She kept his room tidy. While I believe my son is a smart kid, I know that his vocab and motor and cognitive skills are advanced for his age largely because of her dedicated stimulation and care.
