About Sofia

Hi! I'm Sofia, and I've been working with kids ages 1 to 12+ for over 2 years now. I love spending time with children and aim to make a positive impact in their lives. I split my time between Newark, CA - my hometown - and San Bernardino, CA where I'm currently in my first year of nursing school (hence the need for a more flexible job). I am studying to become a pediatric nurse, and working with children provides such meaningful experience. I'm CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certified, have a college degree, and I would describe myself as being reliable, patient, and optimistic. I'm happy to follow your household rules, routines, and preferred communication style to help make things run smoothly. When it comes to entertainment, think arts and crafts, outdoor play, board games, and creative activities that keep kids engaged and learning. My ideas are plentiful!
