About Sofia

I'm a kind, creative and cheerful person. I like working with kids because they are sweet and fun and I find such joy in being a positive mentor in a kids life. I'm the oldest of my siblings so caregiving has always been part of my day-to-day and it is something I really enjoy. I started babysitting for my neighbors in high school, mostly with kids from 6-10 years old and then I worked at a daycare where I had the opportunity of being with infants and toddlers too. My skills include keeping the space organized and teaching the kids to clean up after themselves, I'm very patient so i'm also good at dealing with tantrums and negotiating with the kids and I can cook and prepare snacks, I'm also CPR & First Aid certified. In my free time I enjoy going to the park, on walks and going out with my friends. Right now I'm working as a nanny with a wonderful family and I'm looking for babysitting jobs in my free time that allows me to make some extra money.
