About Sofia

I'd describe my personality as dependable, thoughtful, and empathetic. I like working with kids because I'm inspired by their honesty and imagination. I also think they have a very unique and interesting perspective on the world. I'm looking for a job that allows me get more experience working with children as I continue towards my ultimate career goal of becoming a teacher. I started working with kids when I was just 12 years old as a neighborhood babysitter. In college, I nannied for two families full time. In my spare time, I like to read, make crafts, and go thrift shopping. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a very dependable person, and I take the responsibility of child care extremely seriously. If I get the opportunity to work with your family, you can trust that your children will be in caring hands. My skills include communication, sensitivity, and patience. I believe all three of these are essential in working with children.
