For example, I can prepare simple, nutritious meals like vegetables, grains, and soft foods based on your preferences, portion them into easy-to-store containers, and have them ready for later. This makes daily routines much easier and more flexible. I'm also studying culinary arts, so caregiving is a wonderful way for me to balance school while doing something I truly enjoy.
