From initial interview to first couple of weeks experience was great helped with tutoring, carpooling needs, we thought we had found a good fit. We had to let her go due to tardiness and falling asleep while on duty with our little one. Although she owned up to this as a lesson learned, we decided it was best to discontinue her services.
