About Skyler

Hello everyone, my name is Skyler and I have spent the past year working as a nanny for a family with four kids abroad in Ireland! It has been an incredible experience living in and traveling Europe but I am coming back to Texas in August and looking for a family to join. Here is some information about my experience and education: I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and graduated from Texas State University in 2021. I have worked with kids in a variety of settings over the past 10+ years: I have worked as a private nanny, a school social worker, a substitute teacher, a tutor, and a direct care worker with foster kids. The current family I work for includes a 12-year-old, 9-year-old twins, and a 3-year-old. The 12-year-old and 3-year-old are both autistic with differing needs. I would describe myself as friendly, empathetic, dependable, patient, silly, and adventurous. I speak some Italian and know some baby ASL. I am first aid and CPR certified. I can't wait to meet you!
