We hired Skylar to watch our 1 month old part time while my husband and I return to work. She is super sweet, polite, honest, and overall very easy to get along with. She's great at following directions and can be flexible with our varying schedules. She does a great job with our son. I definitely feel content in knowing that someone as trustworthy and caring as her is with my little one while I'm away.
