About Skylah

a little about me, ever since I was 2 years old I've been an aunt, so I've grown up with 9 nieces and nephews all around me haha! I've also served faithfully with children ages 1-8 years old in a preschool setting at my church in 2021-22. I was employed briefly through an RTC working with traumatized children in foster care ages 6-12 in 2022 for 5 months. recently the past year, I've been employed working for a non-profit organization that is a safe house working with women ages 18-35 who are victims of sex trafficking/exploitation. & although this last season of having this job has been amazing, I am starting college this January and would like a more organized schedule & looking to work with children is where my heart burns! I actually plan to graduate from college with a bachelors degree in social work to help children find care through the system. thanks for reading!
