Hi! My name is Skye, and I'm a dedicated, reliable caregiver with extensive hands-on experience working with children of all ages. I've been working with Bear Buddies since April of 2023. I have a genuine passion for childcare and love helping children learn, grow, and feel comfortable being themselves. Safety is always my top priority, and I take pride in being dependable, organized, and respectful of each family's routines and values. I like working with kids because I enjoy supporting their growth and being part of their everyday learning. I also love creating a safe, positive environment where they feel comfortable, cared for, and encouraged to be themselves. I'm looking for a job that I'm looking for a position where I can provide reliable, compassionate care in a safe and supportive environment. I value clear communication, consistency, and mutual respect. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with horses and drawing.
