I have been a caregiver for families for over 10 years, mostly watching over children under the age of five. I am comfortable watching over more than one child at a time, as well. While spending time with the children, I try to make sure the children stick to the daily routine that is already in place as well as find different ways to help the children develop physically, mentally as well as emotionally. While I'm not caring for other children, I like to spend time with my own family. I enjoy fishing with my son and granddaughter, as well as maintaining my garden.

Tan is a baby whisperer! She has been working with us since May 2022, taking care of our now 15 month old. From the start she could intuit his needs and developed a special language and bond with our son. He laughs with her all day long! She is an expert in finding ways to get him to finish his meals, and is responsible for teaching him to walk. Tan is also a master of finding ways to console and distract when necessary, and knows how to get him to sleep, even if he is inclined to fight a nap. She is always punctual, trustworthy, dependable, and always very careful. We are so lucky to have found Tan and wholeheartedly recommend her!
