About Siobhan

I am currently in my second year of teaching at McAlpine Elementary. I am currently looking for babysitting jobs on the weekends or after school. I'd describe my personality as organized, responsible and dedicated. I like working with kids because I love interacting with them and finding different games to play and activities to do that suit their interests, spark their imaginations, and stimulate their creativity. During college, I worked at All Aboard Childcare Education Center in New York. In my first year at the center, I worked as a teacher assistant monitoring learning centers, supervising the classroom during teacher breaks and aiding students during transitional periods throughout the day. After my first year, I was promoted to a lead teacher position where I held parent conferences, attended staff meetings and created lesson plans for 25 children to ensure kindergarten readiness.
