About Siobhan

My name is Siobhan! I have often been described as a bubbly personality with a devoted work ethic and lots of creativity! I started working with kids from a young age. My mom worked in preschools and early intervention my entire childhood and teenage years so I grew up in her classrooms and babysitting the neighbors' kids. I come from a family of teachers so childcare has always been something that I have been exposed to. My favorite part about working with kids is seeing how much curiosity and excitement they have about the world! It's amazing to see these wonderful people get to experience and learn so many things for the first time. Sheltering that curiosity and letting it grow into creativity and expression is one of the most important aspects of childcare to me. When it comes to childcare, my most valuable skills include helping children to explore their creativity and curiosity, teaching through empathy, and organization/management.
