Hi! I'm Sincere, and I genuinely love working with children and getting to know their unique personalities, interests, and needs. I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with 3+ years of experience working with children, including children with autism and other developmental needs. I'm also First Aid and CPR certified. Through my experience with Autism Behavioral Institute, Centria Healthcare, Blue Balloon, Cross River, BridgeCare, and Compleat Kidz, I've supported children with communication, social skills, daily living skills, emotional regulation, and independence. I'm patient, dependable, attentive, and believe children do best when they feel safe, understood, and encouraged.
