Sincere is awesome. She watches our two toddlers and they're huge fans of her. Whenever she comes over they run and celebrate that it's her sitting. I'd highly recommend her if you're looking for somebody who is a step above the people who just keep an eye on the kids and don't interact with them. Our house is also nice and tidy when she leaves which is super hard to do with two messy kids. No toys everywhere!
