Sima was with us for over 1.5yrs and took care of our infant the entire time and the experience was nothing short of superb! Aside from her being dependable and reliable, her strongest personality traits are that she's patient and treats everyone with respect; especially the child. My wife and I could never have asked for a better person and the only reason she's not with us now is because our child is heading to Montessori school. Sima is the best thing that has ever happened to our family and we're so indebted to her love and care provided to our child. Sima poured her heart and soul into taking care of our child and I literally have nothing negative to share here. Quite often many caretakers are on their phones texting, online, etc and mentally checked out.
