We’ve had a great experience working with Silvia. We hired her in May for a nanny share until the other 2 year old entered daycare and it went so well that we continued to have her nanny our child once the share ended. Silvia is punctual, communicative, easy to talk to and responsive to feedback. We really appreciate how calm she is through big feelings and have felt comfortable knowing she will respond to our child with patience and kindness. We start preschool soon and our son will miss her!
