About Silvia

My name is Silvia, My first year working with children I worked as a teacher's assistant, where I supported the lead teacher with classroom activities, behavior management, and creating a positive learning environment for the children. I gained valuable hands-on experience in child care and early childhood development. I have experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschool-aged children, and school-age children, which has helped me develop the ability to adapt to each child's unique needs and stage of development. Through my experience, I have learned many effective tools and strategies to help children learn, grow, and thrive. I believe that crafts, creative play, and educational activities are important for keeping children engaged while making learning fun. My goal is always to create a nurturing, safe, and positive environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and valued. I am dependable, patient, caring, and passionate about everything I do.
