About Sierra

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, caring, and enthusiastic! I like working with kids because they have such bright minds. I enjoy exploring children's interests with them & letting them be kids! I'm looking for a job that is flexible as I am a full-time CPA. Here for your date nights, last minute out of town weekend trips, and so on. I started working with kids when I was still a kid myself. I assisted in the IU room in elementary school through student council, which led me into becoming a summer babysitter at 15 for a 3-year-old and her sister who was my age with special needs. I continued babysitting/caretaking for children in the IU rooms through high school and also babysitting/caretaking outside. After high school, I became a direct support professional who took care of adults with special needs until I started my career in accounting. In my spare time, I like to hike and go on adventures with my dog.
