About Sierra

Identifying Gaps. Building Bridges. Creating Confident Learners. Hi! I'm Sierra, a former Special Education Teacher and current School Psychology graduate student completing my internship. I've worked in special education since 2017, including teaching TK-2 Resource and a 4th/5th grade Special Day Class. I specialize in supporting students with ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, executive functioning challenges, and IEPs/504 Plans. My sessions combine academic support in reading, writing, math, and homework with executive functioning, organization, study skills, and self-advocacy. I help identify learning gaps, reinforce IEP goals, and teach strategies that build confidence and independence. Every session is individualized because every learner is unique. My goal is to help students not only succeed in school, but develop the skills to become lifelong, confident learners.
