About Sierra

Hey:) my name is Sierra and I'm 27 years old. I started working with kids when I was about 12 years old and fell in love with it immediately. I've cared for kiddos aged 6 weeks to school age in a daycare and babysitting setting. Im compassionate, creative, dependable, empathetic, kind hearted, and thoughtful. I love working with kids because you get to help them learn and grow. I'm looking for a job where I can grow with the family and form trusting and lasting relationships. In my spare time, I like to be creative, listen to music. garden/take care of my houseplants, spend time outside and spend time with my family, close friends and my 2 cats. One thing you should know about me is that I care very deeply about the kiddos in my care and have a big heart. My skills include multitasking, communication and active listening, patience, safety, and creativity. I enjoy the opportunity to meet and work with your family!:)
