Hello! Im Sierra, and I am a dedicated nanny and house cleaner with a passion for supporting busy families. I have previous CPR and AED training, giving you peace of mind that your little ones are safe in my care. My caregiving philosophy is entirely collaborative: I am highly cooperative and focus on following parents' precise instructions regarding what they want me to work with their children on, whether that is behavioral milestones, learning goals, or daily routines. Beyond childcare, I am happy to keep your home pristine with tidy-ups, deep cleaning, and organization. On a personal note, I am a proud mom to a wonderful 5-month-old child. While I am completely open to working solo, I am also open to a setup where my baby can attend with me if a family permits it. As a nursing mom, I do require short pumping breaks and a small amount of refrigerator space for expressed milk during my shift. I am reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to help your home run smoothly!
