About Sierra

From a young age, I've felt drawn to taking care of children. My desire to provide families with reliable and joyful childcare has drawn me to pursue this path, to nurture and help children learn and grow I strive to be patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I am comfortable caring for up to three children between the ages of 4 and 11, but am more the willing to be flexible. I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I provide verbal updates at pickup and regular updates via text or phone call. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am further pursuing my passion in behavioral therapy, working with children with disabilities to live better lives. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid. After one year of experience working directly with children with disabilities, I am excited to continue making a positive impact on children's lives.
