About Sierra

I'm Sierra and I have been working in childcare for 7 years now, with about 5 of them being a professional nanny. I worked in two daycares before I decided that I wanted a more personal approach to having the privilege of working with children. Being a nanny has been the joy of my life and has been the best career choice I could have made. Some of the strengths I possess as a career nanny include having patience, and being creative! Growing up as the oldest of four children taught me a lot about patience, which is super important when helping to raise a child! Being creative has helped me in my career by allowing me to come up with arts and crafts ideas for the children. I love seeing what they create and the joy it brings them when they finish!
