Sierra was an amazing nanny and she felt like an extended member of our family. She was with us for 2.5 years and my son loved her. She is great at communicating, always had the house looking nice, and would find fun adventures for everyone to go on. We were sad that they moved away but have kept in touch. We would immediately hire her again if she were available. I can't say enough wonderful things about her and how she has helped not just our son but our entire family.
