About Sierra

Ever since Sierra came into our lives, she has brought more joy, love and happiness to our household. I have 3 children at different stages of development- She strives to meet each child’s needs and this is one of her most important qualities. My children just adores her! Regarding scheduling and planning, she is hands -on and very professional- we plan out schedules collaboratively and she communicates effectively. My daughter is particularly thrilled and excited each time she knows her babysitter is coming around. Sierra has been very intentional in selecting and crafting child appropriate activities. She communicates effectively to the children and goes that extra mile. Our collaborative efforts to ensuring the children have great and quality hold care engenders positive vibes for me while at the same time fulfilling a critical need in my life. Thank you Sierra!
