Hello! My name is Sierra have quite the experience with caregiving. I have two younger sisters (10, 8) who Ive spent a lot of time caring for and teaching them age appropriate skills. For work I am a Registered Behavioral Technician where I help children who have autism meet their goals! I am currently pursing my A. A. at FSCJ and will be graduating this December. I will then get my bachelors in Business or Psychology. I hope to create a genuine relationship with the family! I've always had a passion for caring for children I love watching them grow and become their own person, one of my top goals in life is to be the best mother I possibly can for my future children. I'm looking for a job that has a consistent weekly schedule and long term. I'm very respectful with your boundaries and respecting your household . I'm very big on communication and asking for permission when necessary. Some of my skills include patience , knowledge of child development and scheduling.

Sierra is amazing ! She started off watching my nieces and nephews now I recommend her to others who are inquiring for a babysitter. I highly recommend. She is very good with children, respectful and reliable.
