About Sierra

Experience: 10 yrs

11 years in, and I still love this work. I hold a BA in Early Care and Education from the University of Washington and have cared for children from newborn through school age as a nanny, family assistant, teacher, court-appointed special advocate, and youth program coordinator abroad. I am experienced in providing exceptional childcare, coordinating educational activities and lesson plans, providing research-based suggestions to improve growth and development tailored to each child's interests, household management, toilet training, and sleep training. I am also experienced in caring for children of different developmental stages, including neurodivergent children and multiples.

My boys love Sierra! I love that she's active, sporty, and knows how to connect with my boys. Hearing the recap of their time together shows me she knows what's she's doing and can make learning fun. Couldn't recommend her more!
