About Sierra

I like working with kids because they are the funniest little people in the world! I love how impulsive, full of life, and curious they are, they keep the rooms vibrant. I started working with kids when I was 12 -- this is when my now 9-year-old sister was born. My experience with changing diapers, bathing, feeding and burping, tutoring, and entertaining younger children started with my sister. From there on I've had mentor roles and facilitation roles in the advocacy and occupational therapy settings. Just this summer I spent my time with 4-6 neuro divergent children in a summer camp, and I enjoyed this so much! In my spare time, I like to take pictures, go on adventures, and watch the sunset. One thing you should know about me is that I plan to pursue a career in occupational therapy My skills include active listening skills, compassion and patience.
