About Sierra

Hi there! I'm Sierra and I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate. I have extensive childcare, pet-sitting, and housesitting experience (13 years) and am not your average, passive babysitter/caretaker. I pride myself on taking a vested interest in those put in my care and do all I can to not only adequately meet their needs, but form meaningful relationships with the families I am fortunate enough to work with. I do not and have never taken it lightly, being invited into a family system even if only in a small way. I am attentive, engaging, and if the kids I've watched in the past could they'd tell you I'm the "funniest person in the world." :) I have a goofy side that kids really connect with but also a soft side that helps me in those serious moments. It's important to me that those in my care have fun but also feel secure and safe. I grew up taking care of 4 younger siblings which I strongly believe adds to my ability.
