We love Sierra! She is great with our two little girls and they adore her. She always answers right away, shows up on time, she communicates thoroughly. She’s great with my 3 year old potty training and getting her to eat dinner. She also takes on my one year old with no problem and manages to get them each to bed on time. We will definitely hire again!
