There is nothing I love more than working with kids. I have several years of experience nannying and tutoring. I have worked with typical as well as special needs and ESL children. I have worked with every age group, from newborns to teenagers, and I love them all. I am fluent in Spanish and would love the chance to help with Spanish homework. I enjoy cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, and even homework, so leave the chores to me! I am blessed with two children of my own who would need to accompany me to my job. They are very friendly and gentle and absolutely love being around other kids. I love taking kids to the park, museums, the discovery center, etc. I also love staying in and doing crafts, dancing in the living room, and things like that. I am happy to watch kids in my own home or in yours, depending on your preferences.

Sierra did great with our little ones, however I think our two kids and her two kids may have been too overwhelming. She would clean while she was here which was lovely. She is friendly and her own children are great. She did give us less than a weeks notice which was unexpected and didn't give us any time to find another caregiver. She was pretty consistently 15-20 minutes late but did stay over time frequently too. She is sweet and did well with the kids. The only reason we'd be hesitant to hire her again is the short notice leave and that our little ones got attached to her little ones and now that's hard. My daughter keeps asking for her friends which she likely won't be seeing again. Sierra is great, just be aware that very short notice could be given and that it may be difficult for your little ones to lose their friends. I don't think we will be trying anyone bringing their own kids again, it is going into be pretty heartbreaking for our three year old.
