About Sierra

Nurturing children's growth and development has been a passion of mine for almost 17 years. I have been a lead preschool teacher and assistant director of a local preschool for the past 8 years. I have done it all; work at an in home daycare in Kauai, babysat for date nights, and full time nannied for a family of 3 boys under age. I have held active and up to date state requirements thought MERIT & DCYF. I am a patient, creative, and approachable caregiver who enjoys leading sensory play, reading, and outdoor adventures. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and carpooling. I follow your preferred communication method to ensure you receive regular updates about your child's day. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain consistency for your family, by holding and setting like and clear boundaries. I truly look forward to becoming a supportive, positive influence in your children's lives.
