Sierra has been with us since our son was 4 months old. She was the first person to watch him when I went back to work, and made me feel so comfortable leaving the house that morning. Now at 14 months, my son will jump out of my arms to her when she arrives in the morning, and is happy as a clam every afternoon when I get home. She's warm, caring, easy to talk to... Overall beautiful human.
